'At the turning point of the Xiajiang River: Chen Xingjia's life notes' is an autobiographical essay by Chen Xingjia, written from childhood, about mothers and lovers; wrote about more than nine years of life experience from university graduation to grassroots work; reviewed the author’s Badong’s work and life during his tenure as secretary of the county party committee; tells about the author’s experience and feelings in the past few years when he moved to charity. From this book, the author uses vivid stories and a lot of details to tell the love and growth of an ordinary person, and how to keep the unity of knowledge and practice in the changing world.
About Author
Chen Xingjia, from Hubei, graduated from Hubei University with a bachelor's degree, and graduated from Tsinghua University with a master's degree. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Served successively as mayor, (county-level city) mayor, secretary of county party committee, etc. After his term of office expired in 2016, he resigned from public office and founded Shenzhen Henghui Public Welfare Foundation, dedicated to public welfare projects in public welfare innovation, critical illness relief, youth mental health and education care, disaster prevention and relief. He is currently the executive chairman of the Shenzhen Foundation Development Promotion Association, the chairman of Shenzhen Henghui Public Welfare Foundation, a professor at the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Institute of Social Work, and a member of the Social Construction Committee of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress.

关于作者
陈行甲，湖北人，本科毕业于湖北大学，硕士毕业于清华大学，中共党员。历任镇长、（县级市）市长、县委书记等职。2016年任期届满被提拔后辞去公职，创立深圳市恒晖公益基金会，致力于开展公益创新、大病救助、青少年心理健康和教育关怀、防灾救灾等方面的公益项目。现为深圳市基金会发展促进会执行会长、深圳市恒晖公益基金会理事长、深圳特区社会工作学院教授、深圳市人大常委会社会建设委员会委员。
