More than 3.700 research institutions listed in this English edition Directory of Major Chinese Research Centers have been selected from the four-volume Chinese edition General Guide to Chinese Scientific Research & Technology Development Institutions. The institutions listed in the English edition are the most important in their field and provide fair and up-to-date coverage of all the major research disciplines in China. Organized according to scientific discipline, the Directory is divided into six sections: Theoretical sciences, Medical Sciences. Agricultural Sciences. Technology.
