Filming as War Clouds Loom in 1937: 6,000 km with a Cinecamera

To commemorate the 60th anniversary of China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1937-1945), Sun Mingling's's daughter translated his original Chinese language book and integrated it with 142 of his photographs. These photographs reflect the Chinese way of life and preparation for war, battlefield reports, unique personages, communal weddings, the lives of flood victims, precious relics and beautiful landscapes.
