Chie Ikeda, the initiator of the 'Early Rise Plan' that has been popular in Japan for 26 years, taught him his one-hour habit transformation method. It not only tells how to get up early—the psychological preparation for getting up early, the 4 steps to get up early, and 5 tips for getting up early; it also guides you step by step how to develop habits and improve work efficiency in the form of pictures and texts—make plans and determine priorities , Cut the work content, refine the work, and put it into action, so that you can remove the obstacles on the road of diligence, effectively increase the available time, enhance the ability to act, and change your life! This book also develops different work plans for different life stages-rising work, marriage and childbirth, side job, and freelance work, and clarifies what is important to oneself, so as to work toward the ideals and practice.
Chie Ikeda: The initiator of the 'Early Rise Plan' that has been popular in Japan for 26 years. After failing the college entrance examination twice, he determined to get up early, and after half a year of hard work, he was admitted to the Faculty of Comprehensive Policy of Keio University. She used to work in a foreign food investment company and a foreign consulting company. In 2009, she began to share her early morning plan and became the best-selling author. She was therefore known as the 'first person in the early morning plan'. Since then, in order to better guide the office workers from 'staying up late' to 'early waking up', specially produced 'Morning Handbook', which has been popular for 10 consecutive years. On the one hand, she uses 'one hour in the morning' to guide companies to improve production efficiency and operating methods, and on the other hand, she helps those who are in a career confused period to establish a happy and substantial 'early rise plan'. Now I have a 4-year-old son who can be called an excellent career mom.
