Inspiring Glimpses into China’s New Youth

All of the book’s stories are selections from Inspiring Youth Stories, an impassioned column for young people, published by China Youth Net (www.youth.cn). The column is also the first-prize winner of China News Award, the top prize for China’s annual excellent news work. In the book, twenty young people from different walks of life embody the credo: 'Hard work imbues youth with excellence, distinction and inspiration.' Most of these young people were selected as role models online by ordinary Chinese youth. Through these stories you can get a strong sense of the desires and values of China’s young people today.
