Qingsong Hanyu - Elementary Reading vol.1

The book is one of the main textbooks towards the non-native Chinese learners. With the object to cultivate the learners' Chinese communication competence, it can be used for long-term students, as well as the short-term ones. Vocabularies and grammar points are closely bound to the Chinese-teaching Syllabus for Overseas High School Students. The key topics of each lesson are all chosen from the communication items of short-term syllabus in the Chinese-teaching Syllabus for Overseas High School Students. The textbook is close to the real communication circumstances; the chosen words and sentences cater for the practical needs of the overseas students, so that it can build up the beginners' confidence effectively. Elementary intensive reading textbook is composed of two volumes, 30 and 25 lessons for each respectively, and altogether 55 lessons. If 8~10 hours per week, and 18~20 week per term, it can be used for a year.
