To Excel: Chinese B Listening

To Excel Chinese B Listening is dedicated to students taking the new IBDP Chinese B examination from May 2020 and thereafter. 40 listening comprehension passages and 4 sets of mock examination papers for both HL and SL are carefully designed to help students enhance their listening skills and excel at the IBDP Chinese B Paper 2 Listening examination.
These passages of current topics cover 5 prescribed themes and 20 topics, and closely relate to TOK, CAS and each other. Questions are specially set according to the IB examination requirements and range across different levels of difficulty. Tips for effective listening and essential vocabulary are also provided. Students and teachers can use this book for in-class exercises, homework or mock examinations. Both authors are Chinese specialists with extensive teaching, examining and teacher training experiences.
