Born in January 1949, born in Weifang, Shandong. He is currently the honorary chairman of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters Research Association, a member of the Chinese Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, a member of the China Culture and Art Development Promotion Association, a teaching consultant at the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting International University Weifang Branch, and a professor of painting and calligraphy at Weifang Senior University. He has more than 40 years of painting and calligraphy creation experience, and has taught many famous masters such as Wang Xuetao and Cao Kejia. He has over ten years of teaching experience in painting and calligraphy, and has successively provided painting and calligraphy for schools such as Weifang University, Shandong Hailong Senior University, Kuiwen Senior University, and Weifang Experimental Middle School. In the Zhongde Painting and Calligraphy School it founded, a large number of calligraphy and painting talents were trained. Since 2000, it has won more than 20 gold and silver awards in national, provincial and municipal calligraphy and painting competitions, and has been awarded the titles of 'Chinese 100 Calligraphers and Painters', 'Chinese Baijie Calligraphy and Painting Artists' and 'Shandong Old Painters'. He has compiled more than 30 national and provincial books, newspapers and periodicals, and collected more than 30 works by foreign friends. He has compiled 'Lanting Prologue Writing Guide' and 'Freehand Peony Painting Method'.
